The Sleepy Bear's Bedtime Blues
In a quiet corner of the Enchanted Forest, nestled among towering trees and twinkling fireflies, lived a cuddly and friendly bear named Benny. Benny was known far and wide as the Sleepy Bear because he loved his sleep more than anything else in the world. But there was one problem—he couldn't fall asleep at bedtime!
Every night, as the moon rose and the stars began to twinkle, Benny would toss and turn in his cozy den. He tried counting sheep, listening to the soothing sounds of the forest, and even sipping warm honey tea, but nothing seemed to work. It was as if the Sandman had forgotten to visit Benny's den.

The next evening, as the sun dipped below the horizon, Benny began his bedtime routine. Then, he practiced deep breathing exercises, inhaling the cool night air and exhaling all his worries.
Afterward, Benny enjoyed a cup of warm chamomile tea, brewed from the flowers he had collected earlier. The tea's delicate aroma and gentle warmth filled him with a sense of tranquility.
